Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment you agree to our terms & conditions which are included in your confirmation email.


Your appointment is secured with a valid credit or debit card, for certain treatments you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee when reserving your appointment, which will be credited towards your treatment. Cancellations within 48 hours and no shows will incur additional charges. If found unsuitable for treatment deposits/booking fees are fully refundable. Please read on for further details.



A confirmation email will be sent to you upon booking. We will also send you an automated reminder of your appointment details by email and SMS prior to your appointment. These will be sent automatically - but may fall into junk folders, or not be delivered to servers, so please do not rely on these as a sole reminder of your appointment. Should you have a preference in how we contact you please let me know. 



We respectfully ask you to adhere to our 48hr cancellation policy, which you will be advised of both verbally & by email when booking your appointment.

As courtesy to other clients, we ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance of your booking by telephone or email if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We are a small business, and lost appointments can greatly affect our ability to earn an income. This notice period enables me to offer your treatment time to another customer, and avoids unnecessary operational costs helping me to keep my prices affordable.


Since we may turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the treatment cost being charged automatically to your credit or debit card. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, and non arrivals "no shows" will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged to your credit or debit card. 

Retouches to semi permanent makeup are offered on a complimentary basis between 6-12 weeks, however should a complimentary retouch appointment be missed, or cancelled without 48hrs notice it will be forfeited and if rebooking a charge of £50 will be added. Retouches outside of the 12 week window, will have additional charges applied upto the rate of a "colour refresh" £175, depending on the length of time lapsed. All other complimentary reviews or sessions are treated on the same basis. If you have paid for a course of treatment, this session will be lost.


Complimentary review sessions for treatments should be carried out within specified timeframes, which will be discussed as part of your treatment. Should a complimentary review session be missed or cancelled without 48hrs notice it will be forfeited and a rebooking charge of £50 will be added. Complimentary reviews or re-treatments outside of specified timeframes may carry additional charges.


The cancellation policy applies should you wish to change the treatments you have booked for shorter ones, as time will have been allocated to you for the treatment.

Very rarely, we may have to move or cancel an appointment. Should this occur we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible, as we personally carry out all treatments, we will be unable to offer a replacement therapist should this occur. 


There are no exceptions to these policies. 



If you have to reschedule due to suspected covid symptoms, or have been asked to self isolate, your appointment can be rescheduled without forfeit, or your booking fee refunded as usual within 48hrs prior.

Should you have symptoms or be required to isolate within a shorter time frame, there will also be no forfeit of booking fee, as long as you are able to produce your testing registration details, or isolation requirements - which will be sent to you by the relevant authorities.


No shows will be treated as per the normal terms and conditions. This ensures that those genuinely affected are treated fairly, without last minute cancellations affecting our business.




We operate on an appointment only basis, you do not need to arrive early for your appointment, we may still be with a previous client.

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not have adequate time to treat you, but your treatment may still be chargeable. We will make every effort to accommodate your treatment if possible, in this circumstance treatment is at my discretion. If we am unable to treat you, the "no show" cancellation policy may apply.





Please do not bring children with you to your appointment unless they also have a booking with us. We are not insured to have under 16 year olds on the premises in a non-professional capacity.




Rewards are only available by referral and have no monetary value. Special offers may only be valid for certain treatment locations, during certain dates, and may not be used in conjunction with each other or shared between customers unless otherwise stated. Rewards & E-vouchers are limited to one per customer, and have a validity of 6 months. Please contact us fr details of our price match system. Terms & conditions will vary. Price match subject to managements agreement.




To ensure the best results, courses of treatments must be completed within 12 weeks of the original appointment, unless otherwise discussed. Where the cancellation policy is not adhered to a course session may be forfeited. Course payments are required in advance and are non refundable or transferable.




The friend you recommend must be a new client to Body and Brows. There is no limit on the number of friends you can recommend.

YOUR FRIEND MUST MENTION UPON BOOKING, AND BOOK ONLINE TO QUALIFY. You will receive your account credit after your friend has paid in full for their treatment. Your friends discount will be deducted from their service cost.


Valid for Microblading & Semi Permanent Makeup with Alice Kingdom only. Rewards cannot be shared or transferred to other customers. Account credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or exchanged for cash/retrospective refunds, retail goods or physcial gift cards. Credit can only be used against Body & Brows services when booked online. We reserve the right to change conditions or withdraw the offer at anytime.

All treatments and consultations are carried out by fully qualified, fully insured therapists. Many treatments will have results dependent on a number of individual factors, of which you will be notified of before we commence. I cannot give refunds on treatments or products once you have left the premises but we will look into your concerns immediately and seek a solution for you.

Training Terms and Conditions


Terms and ConditionsIn booking your course, you agree to the following T&C’s.


We understand that there are certain circumstance’s that are beyond your/our control.


However as a small training provider we have terms and conditions you need to agree to as part of booking a course with us or one of our third parties.




Since we may turn away other students to hold your place, any cancellations or reschedules with less than 30 days notice will result in 100% of the

training cost being due.


To reschedule an in-person course there is a £50 admin fee, this must be requested at least 30 days before the start of the course date. This may not always be possible, and within 30 days the course is non transferable. Only one change of date is permitted, and this can only be changed should other dates be available.


A deposit/booking fee towards the course cost is required to secure your place and bookings must be made in advance. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.


You have the statutory right to a 14 day cooling-off period (the Cooling-off Period) commencing from the moment you book a course. Cancellations are not possible after this time. You will waive this right when you book a course due to commence in less than 14 days.


All requests within your cooling off period for cancellations and changes must be confirmed in writing by letter or email to


All course booking fees/deposits are non-refundable.


All materials supplied by Body and Brows must not be copied or used in any way without permission. All material is subject to copyright and must not be reproduced in any form.


Full payment must be made in full at least 30 days before the course (for some courses this may be longer - you will be informed in these circumstances)


Some of my courses include an online theory element. Cancellations & refunds cannot be made after the theory sections are issued, as this marks the start of your training. The online theory elements where applicable must be completed at leat 2 working days before your course commences. Body and Brows reserve the right to cancel your course in full when this pre-study has not been completed.


Body and Brows reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid in time.


Students that act inappropriately or act dangerously will be dismissed or asked to leave. Students may be required to pair up and work on each other.


All students are responsible for providing their own clients/models to work on and demonstrate the practical skills during thecourse unless otherwise advised. Where Body and Brows are providing models, their atendance can not be guarenteed.


Body and Brows reserves the right to alter course dates & venues at any time without prior notice. This is rare, and if needed we will give as much notice as possible.


All students must practice whilst on the course.


On occasions where Alice Kingdom is a trainer on behalf of another brand, their T&C’s shall apply.


Students must be dressed in a presentable manner in full salon work wear. If this is not possible a dress code of a plain t-shirt and trousers and flat closed toe shoes must be worn. Nails must be clean and short and hair must be tied back.


Certificates are issued on the day or electronically depending on the course. Those that are lost, misplaced or damaged that require re-issuing will be chargeable at £20 per certificate required. You must provide the training date and your full name so we can identify your registration.


Insurance - ALL our courses are accredited, and insurance is available with the accrediting body or preferred insurer for those that meet the requirements. Your own insurance must be in place for your course requires unsupervised case studies. It is your responsibility to check and arrange your insurance and any relevant licensing or permits.


No refunds or changes can be made where students have failed to check insurance requirements.


Privacy Policy


Body and Brows collects your information when you register your account on our website, participate in the reward program, book an appointment, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out any form.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

1.       To customize and personalize your experience via better understanding customers and offering better customer services.

By using our website, you agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. Returns and Refund Policy

We totally get it! Sometimes things don't dance to the beat you expected. As some of our products are sealed for safety, our policy struts a little differently:Returns and Refund Policy.

As a safety precaution to our customers and the artist community all sales are final. Many of our products are professionally sterilized and sealed for both the artist and customer’s safety, and for this reason we cannot accept returns on procedure products. 

We understand that things do happen, and in those rare situations please email us at with a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a return on a product. We will review your request and if a return is granted, a refund in the form of a store credit only will be applied. Any product returned to us without approval, will be refused and sent back. 

This does not apply to Pigments, Li-FT®, Anesthetics, Aftercare products, Machines, Grips, Needles, Power Supplies or Foot Pedals. No refund, return, exchange or store credit will be issued on those items. Pigments are non-returnable. On all other items a valid receipt is required if request for return is granted.

Granted returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to send the item(s) back and credit will not be given for the original shipping fee. Granted returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note: Do not return any product without prior written approval. Any items returned without prior written approval will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.


Defective Product 

We take great pride in our products and customer service. For any reason you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, it will be replaced. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. You must email us at within 72 hours of receiving your package.

We will ask you to email us pictures of the damaged product so we can address and resolve the situation quickly and efficiently. We may ask that you ship the damaged products back to us. In this event, our artist support team will assist you with the return shipping arrangements. You will be provided with a return label.

Missing or Incorrect Product

To ensure our shipping departments efficiency and quality control, we log every order before it leaves. We know how important it is for your order to arrive correctly. Nothing can be more frustrating so we have integrated this extra quality control step to ensure accuracy.

but, mistakes can still happen. Please email us at within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and name of product missing.

Exchanging a Product 

We understand sometimes you may order the wrong product by mistake or just simply have a change of mind; it happens. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our sterilized and sealed products, we only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy at the top of the page.

Returns by Carrier

If a package is returned by the carrier due to insufficient address, addressee unknown, package not claimed, or any other reason given, we will contact you. If you do not respond within 30 days, we will automatically refund you for the order minus our 15% restocking fee.

When do you Ship? 

We ship Monday through Friday. We aim to process all orders on the same or next business day (If our order is received before 4pm, there’s a good chance it will be processed that day). Items are shipped by Royal Mail on a 24hr signed for service.

Business days are considered Monday - Friday. When order volume is extraordinarily high, it could take up to 3 days to process and ship your order.

Do you Offer Trainer Discounts?

Expedited Shipping 

We can offer expedited shipping. Expedited orders can only be shipped Monday thru Friday, please email us before you place your order

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, size and weight of your order. 

Tracking my Order? 

When placing an order on our store, you will need to provide us with an email in order for your purchase to be processed. Please make sure you enter the correct email address to receive tracking on your order. If you enter the incorrect email address you will not receive tracking ability. 

You will receive an email confirmation of your order along with your tracking information. 

You are responsible for monitoring your shipment/tracking. 

If the package can not be delivered by the carrier, it will be taken to a local post office, UPS, or FedEx Facility. Please use the tracking information provided and pick up your package in a timely manner or it may be returned to us. 

If the package is not picked up in a timely manner and is returned to sender, you are responsible for the repayment of shipping the package back to you.

My Tracking says my Packaged Delivered but I Didn't get it? 

Make sure that you have checked your tracking information to see if the package has actually been dropped off and if it was dropped off at your home or to the local post office.

Packages That Are Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Missing Items. 

Once a package leaves Body and Brows and is with the carrier, Body and Brows is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or missing items. No refund or exchanges will be made on lost, stolen or damaged packages or missing items. 

If your package has been lost, stolen, damaged or is missing items it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. 

I put the Wrong Address on my Order.

Don't worry, it happens. If your package doesn't make it to you, it will get sent back to us at Body and Brows. Sorry, but you will have to pay the fees for shipping it out again. Always double and triple check your address, email and all information your are inputting before you complete your purchase.
